All three are related in that their goals revolve around providing clients with effective digital marketing solutions to grow their businesses.

Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns across mobile, video and display.
- Working with the sales team on media planning, proposals and set-ups for mobile, video and display campaigns.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain dashboards regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Liaise with agencies and clients on any technical and campaign issues
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and digital technologies
Ad Operations
- Technical lead on projects and advertising platforms for mobile, display and video.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and proactively develop recommendations for publishers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Troubleshooting and QA new ad formats
- Generating site tags and troubleshoot site issues
- Staying up to date with new digital platforms and innovation
- Regular client contact and relationship building
- Mentoring and training ad ops executive(s)
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of ad operations experience with various technologies such as DFP, DCM, Celtra, Google Ad Exchange, YouTube and Google Analytics.
- Experience with third party ad tag providers such as DCM, Flashtalking, Sizmek etc.
- Experience of running programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms and setting up PMPs via deal ID
- Great troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Analytical with good mathematical skills, you enjoy working in excel.
- Ability to work outside of their ‘department’ with enthusiasm
- Experience planning site/app layouts and creating the tags
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret briefs & IO’s with ease
- A basic understanding of HTML and JS for site tagging
- Strong project management skills and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of html, CSS and JavaScript
- Digital Marketing qualification

- Exposure to running digital marketing campaigns and understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
- Great troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Analytical with good mathematical skills, you enjoy working with excel.
- Ability to work outside of their ‘department’ with enthusiasm
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret briefs & IO’s with ease.
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Above all, a keen interest in digital marketing and digital technologies.
